Scapes is a wallpaper discovery and management platform that allows users to:
- browse wallpapers
- search for wallpapers by keyword or category
- download and apply wallpapers to their desktop environment
- manage wallpaper storage and settings
- upload, edit, and track wallpaper submissions as a contributor
- review and moderate submissions as an admin
The Service may also provide recommendations, analytics, and search suggestions based on aggregated usage data.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Authentication

5.2 License to Scapes
By uploading content to the Service, you grant Scapes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, and promote that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
5.3 Representation and warranty
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload the content and that the content does not violate any third-party rights, applicable law, or these Terms.
5.4 Moderation
Submitted content may be reviewed by admins or moderators. Scapes may approve, reject, remove, or edit content at its discretion for quality, legality, safety, or policy compliance reasons.
6. Intellectual Property
Except for user-submitted content, the Service and all related materials, including software, design, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and documentation, are owned or licensed by Scapes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission.

The Service may integrate with third-party wallpaper providers and APIs, including but not limited to Pexels, Unsplash, Pixabay, or similar services. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Scapes is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, or quality of third-party content or services. You are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms when using those services.
8. Downloads, Application, and Local Storage
When you use the Service to download or apply wallpapers:
- you are responsible for ensuring that your device and operating system support the functionality
- downloaded files may be stored locally in the location configured in the application
- you are responsible for managing your local files and backup of content
- you agree not to use the Service in a way that causes excessive storage, bandwidth, or system resource consumption
9. Analytics and Recommendations
Scapes may collect and analyze usage data such as search terms, views, downloads, and interactions to improve the Service, generate recommendations, and understand trends. This data may be aggregated, anonymized, or used in a form that does not directly identify you.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation
- use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, or abusive behavior
